Unichoice Multigrain Instant Mix is low in cholesterol. It also contains very low sodium. A diet low in sodium may reduce the risk of high blood pressure, a risk factor for stroke and heart disease.
Dissolve 4 tablespons (50g) of UniChoice Multigrain Instant Mix into a mug of warm water, just enough to make a paste.
Add hot or cold water to fill the mug. As desired, milk and nuts can be added.
